Amy
W. Kudel is a principal with MAC Consulting, LLC, a firm formed in
2004 to provide financial consulting services to the transportation
industry, with special emphasis on aviation. Previously, Ms. Kudel
worked for one of the
world’s leading transportation planning and consulting firms for
over 5 years. In that time, she was an airport financial consultant
with specific expertise in financial feasibility analyses,
socioeconomic analyses, financial and airport activity projections,
and revenue enhancement/rates and charges analyses.
Ms. Kudel has assisted in the preparation of Reports of the Airport
Consultant for over $6 billion in revenue bond issuances for
airports such as Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport,
Washington Dulles International Airport, Indianapolis International
Airport, and Portland International Jetport (ME), and Richmond
International Airport.
Her responsibilities included the research and documentation
of the socioeconomic data, financial plan and documentation of the
capital program, and the creation of the financial model, which
ultimately determined debt service coverage.
Ms. Kudel's other project experience includes developing the rates and charges model for airline lease negotiations for the Jacksonville Aviation Authority and Eastern Iowa Airport, assisting in the development of the rates and charges model for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, structuring the capital cost/benefit model for Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, preparing the parking feasibility analysis for Portland International Jetport, assisting in Akron-Canton Regional Airport's debt capacity study to determine the financing capacity for the airport's capital development program, and assessing the Benefit-Cost Ratio for the West Virginia Public Port Authority's proposed regional airport.
In addition, Ms.
Kudel was the lead analyst on the Manchester Airport’s competition
plan, Los Angeles World Airports’ air service analysis for Ontario
International Airport, Corpus
Christi International Airport’s master plan activity projections,
and Tucson International Airport’s
benchmarking analysis of airports with similar capital programs.
